Circular FIBCs are manufactured from seamless tubular woven fabric produced directly on circular looms. With only top and bottom seams, the vertical body contains no stitches — dramatically reducing leak paths for fine powders and vulnerable points under lateral pressure.
The Engineering Behind This Construction
Tubular fabric is extruded and woven continuously on circular looms, removing vertical stitch holes entirely.
Because there are no side seams, fine chemical powders, starches, and flour cannot sift through stitch needle punctures.
