Four Proven Constructions

Engineered from polymer resin to meet specific material densities, storage geometries, and discharge requirements.

Baffle Bags

Baffle Bags

“The bag that refuses to bulge.”

A standard filled FIBC rounds outward, taking the shape of what is inside it. Every rounded bag in an export container pays freight for dead air. Baffle bags integrate internal perforated fabric baffles stitched corner-to-corner, restraining the walls to maintain a square, cubic form from filling through discharge.

Four Panel Bags

Four Panel Bags

“Square geometry. Four independent load faces.”

Four Panel bags are manufactured from four separate vertical fabric pieces joined to a separate base panel. This four-seam structural design creates defined corners and flat planar walls that resist rounding significantly better than circular tubes.

Tubular Construction500–2000 kg
Circular Bags

Circular Bags

“Seamless tubular fabric. Built for powders.”

Circular FIBCs are manufactured from seamless tubular woven fabric produced directly on circular looms. With only top and bottom seams, the vertical body contains no stitches — dramatically reducing leak paths for fine powders and vulnerable points under lateral pressure.

U-Panel Bags

U-Panel Bags

“The industrial standard. Built for heavy and dense loads.”

The U-Panel bag is the proven industrial standard for heavy-duty bulk shipping. A single continuous length of high-tenacity woven fabric forms the base and two opposite side walls in a 'U' shape, closed by two parallel side panels.

Why Coastal FIBC

The Four Proof Pillars

Every benefit we claim is traceable to direct in-house capabilities. No trading, no brokers, no blind spots.

Pillar 01

Vertical Integration

We control the product from polymer resin to finished stitch. Six core stages under one roof in Rajkot: extrusion, weaving, webbing, coating, printing, and cleanroom assembly & stitching.

Resin to finished stitch. No handoffs.
Pillar 02

Engineered Specification

The bag is custom-designed around your material bulk density, lifting equipment, and container dimensions. 500–2,000 kg SWL, 5:1 single-trip and 6:1 multi-trip ratings.

Calculated to your handling reality.
Pillar 03

Batch-Level Validation

Every production run undergoes in-house validation: full cyclic rig testing, tensile strength testing, GSM verification, and accelerated UV weathering.

Batch test files accompany shipments.
Pillar 04

Export Readiness

3.5M+ annual capacity and shipments across 25+ countries worldwide. We understand intermodal customs documentation, container packing, and tight delivery schedules.

Industry Solutions

Engineered for Sector Failure Modes

Packaging failure in chemicals means contamination. In agriculture, it means solar degradation. We name the failure and engineer against it.

All Industry Applications →

Agriculture

“Bags that spend their life outdoors.”

Agricultural bulk packaging fails in a way industrial packaging rarely does: slowly, in sunlight, with no visible warning until a loop tears during handling. Polypropylene degrades under ultraviolet radiation. A bag that tests perfectly at dispatch and then sits in an open yard for a season loses fabric and webbing strength quietly. The buyer discovers it at the moment of lift. This is why UV testing sits in our own facility rather than in a supplier's certificate.

Chemicals

“Containment is the whole specification.”

In most sectors, a bag that loses a little material is an inefficiency. In chemicals, it can be an exposure event, an environmental violation, a contaminated warehouse floor or a failed safety audit. Fine chemical powders behave more like fluids than solids: they find stitch holes, uncoated weave, loose spout ties and any gap a specification left unexamined. Specifying against that behaviour is the work.

Food

“What a bulk bag has to prove before it touches an ingredient.”

Food-sector buyers do not audit a bag. They audit the process that made it — and the records that prove the process ran the same way for every batch received. That is a difficult standard for an assembly-only converter whose fabric arrives from third parties with limited upstream visibility. It is a natural standard for a manufacturer that extrudes, weaves, coats, and tests its own material under one roof.

Pharmaceutical

“The bag is part of your documentation trail.”

Pharmaceutical procurement asks a question other sectors rarely do: not simply 'is this bag good', but 'can you prove this bag is identical to the last one, and show me the record'. That is a manufacturing question before it is a packaging question. Vertical integration is what makes the answer possible — the record exists because the process never left our plant.

Construction

“Dense loads, rough sites, no sympathy for a weak base.”

A tonne of cement occupies a fraction of the volume of a tonne of agricultural product. All that mass concentrates into a small footprint at the bottom of the bag, and every lift drives it through the base fabric into the loops. Add site realities — rough ground, tight laydowns, heavy equipment operators on tight deadlines — and construction materials become the most punishing application in bulk packaging.
