There is an easier version of this business: buy fabric on the open market, buy webbing from a broker, cut, stitch, and ship. Lower capital, fewer people, and fewer machines to manage.
Coastal FIBC is engineered the other way. We extrude our own high-tensile tape, weave our own fabric — flat and circular — produce our own webbing, coat, print, assemble, and stitch, and then validate the final bag on our own rig before it leaves the facility.

01. Specify Before You Sell
A cheaper bag that fails under dynamic shock is no saving. If your material or handling points to a different construction than requested, we say so during quotation — including when the honest recommendation is less expensive.
02. Test the Batch, Not the Sample
A specification is a promise regarding every bag in the container. Batch-level rig cyclic testing, tensile break, GSM, and UV verification are how we maintain that promise.
03. Claim Only What We Can Evidence
We publish only certifications we hold and numbers we can document. When a requirement falls outside our audited standards, we state it transparently.
